Biography
Georgia handles a robust caseload of sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, executive, and whistleblower matters. She has substantial experience in complex litigation in federal courts, including representing plaintiffs in class and collective actions.
Prior to joining PLG, Georgia clerked for the Honorable Lois Bloom of the Eastern District of New York. Georgia also worked at The Bronx Defenders in their Civil Action Practice, negotiating with dozens of employers regarding Fair Chance Act violations for her clients, many resulting in reinstatement. She represented over ninety individual clients facing eviction in housing court, preventing eviction for hundreds of New Yorkers.
Georgia received her J.D. cum laude from Fordham Law School and graduated as the Public Interest Valedictorian. She was a Notes and Articles editor of the Urban Law Journal and a Stein Scholar for Public Interest Law and Ethics. During law school, she interned at Region 2 of the National Labor Relations Board, and New York Legal Assistance Group’s Employment Law Unit.
Before law school, Georgia served as a Fulbright Scholar in Malaysia where she taught English to high-school students in rural Terengganu. She graduated magna cum laude from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
